CEDAC, un nuovo successo del progetto Lean Office di Agenzia Italia
Si sono chiusi in questi giorni i cantieri CEDAC del progetto di Lean Office di Agenzia Italia, denominato AIOS (Agenzia Italia Office System); i risultati sono decisamente positivi: i processi analizzati hanno beneficiato di miglioramenti significativi con incremento di performance superiore al 40%.
The CEDAC events of Agenzia Italia's Lean Office project, called AIOS (Agenzia Italia Office System), have come to an end; the results are extremely positive: the processes analyzed showed a significant improvement with a performance increase of over 40%.
"Un progetto semplice" commenta il direttore operativo Pauletti Patrizia "ma dai risultati sbalorditivi, non solo in termini numerici ma anche e soprattutto per i tempi brevi con in quali sono stati raggiunti gli obiettivi e per le modalità che favoriscono il team work. Realizzare questi progetti ci ha permesso infatti di migliorare ulteriormente il nostro lavoro di squadra: il contributo al progetto di tutti i collaboratori di Agenzia Italia è stato fondamentale e lo strumento ci ha permesso di coglierne i massimi benefici."
"A simple project", commented the operations manager Pauletti Patrizia "but with amazing results, not only in terms of figures, but especially for the short time in which the objectives and the concept of team work were achieved. Fullfilling these objectives has allowed us to improve our team work a great deal: the contribution of all the collaborators of Agenzia Italia was fundamental in allowing us to seize the maximum benefits.
Ed è infatti il lavoro di squadra il segreto del successo del progetto CEDAC. Dall’acronimo, infatti - Cause and Effect Diagram with Additional Card - risulta evidente come sia fondamentale il contributo di ogni singolo operatore nella costruzione del diagramma causa - effetto e nella raccolta delle idee di miglioramento.
In fact, teamwork is the secret of the CEDAC project's success. CEDAC stands for- Cause and Effect Diagram with Additional Card – therefore it is fundamental that each individual contributes in building the cause-effect diagram and in collecting ideas for improvement.
"Gioco di squadra, valorizzazione del contributo di ogni singolo operatore, misura del miglioramento, lavoro per obiettivi. Tutto questo e molto altro si nasconde dietro un progetto CEDAC” sottolinea Marco Gentilini, senior Consultant di FIWA e responsabile del progetto Lean in Agenzia Italia. "Progetto che incarna i principi del sistema AIOS che abbiamo creato per gestire le operation in Agenzia Italia, partendo dal ben noto TPS (Toyota Production System) ed adattandolo alle esigenze imposte dal mondo Office."
"Teamwork, enhancement of individual contribution, quantity of improvement, work to achieve objectives. All this and much more is what hides behind a CEDAC project" states Marco Gentilini, Senior Consultant of FIWA and manager of the Lean Project in Agenzia Italia. "A project that embodies the principles of the AIOS system that we created to manage operations in Agenzia Italia, starting from the well known TPS (Toyota Production System) and adapting it to the needs of the office world."
Semplice ed efficace ma non così diffuso in ambito office, contraddizione che Cinzia Zambon - CEDAC Leader di Agenzia Italia - spiega così: "Realizzare questo genere di progetti è sicuramente semplice in fase attuativa: basta un cartellone, qualche post-it ed una comunicazione efficace al team. È in fase di progettazione la vera difficoltà. Occorre scegliere il processo giusto, definire le metriche e settare un obiettivo sfidante, ma comunque raggiungibile. Analisi queste tutt’altro che banali, che siamo in grado di condurre grazie alla nostra organizzazione, al supporto dei consulenti FIWA ed al sistema AIOS. Per me e per le altre CEDAC Leader Elisabetta Masier, Marianna Cardellicchio e Martina Bressan è stata una bellissima esperienza ricca di spunti utili per la nostra crescita professionale."
Simple and effective but not so widespread in the office environment; Cinzia Zambon - CEDAC Leader of Agenzia Italia - explains: "Fullfilling this type of project is certainly simple in the implementation phase: a poster, some post-it notes and effective team communication is required. The real difficulty is in the planning stage. You have to choose the right process, define the metrics and set a challenging goal, that is however achievable. This is anything but trivial, but we are able to carry it out thanks to our organization, the support of FIWA consultants and the AIOS system. It was a wonderful experience full of useful ideas for our professional growth, not only for myself, but for all the CEDAC leaders as well: Elisabetta Masier, Marianna Cardellicchio and Martina Bressan.
